Commonwealth Games, 2006
Wurundjeri Cloak (cultural map of Wurundjeri homelands, incorporating traditional South Central
Victorian motifs)
 
Each Indigenous language group throughout Victoria designed a  'Community Possum Skin Cloak' to represent each of their homelands, which total almost 40 distinct areas.  These were paraded by Elders and representatives in the Opening Ceremony of the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne.

My input into the project was to transfer my designs of the Ancestral Spirit Creatures
onto 10 blue stone boulders measuring around 3 metres high.  This one being the most significant as it depicts Bunjil the Creator.
 
I designed the images appearing on the shields which depicts our Birrarung (Yarra) creation story
